Our Trust the Process Polyester Hoodies are Back!

For some of you that haven’t been aware or was confused when you went to the hoodies section of Big Guy Drip. You may have noticed that our Trust the Process Polyester hoodies were missing. Well, today I’d like to let everyone know that we have brought our Trust the Process hoodies back and they are available with a limited stock of 5-10 depending on sizes available.

Shipping should be improved and prioritize the fastest shipping available, as of July 2025, all our shipping currently is free in the United States.

Why were the Trust the Process Hoodies removed?

To jump right to it, we had a customer with an order that got lost and after 10 days I decided to reorder the hoodie myself and refund them the hoodie entirely. Going forward it should choose the best and fastest shipping available, so this issue won’t happen again.

This was the first frustration I’ve dealt with so far when it has come to shipping our products out. This provider for whatever reason made it difficult to find their support email, but once I started communicating with the custom hoodie provider, they helped me with a reorder of our product as these hoodies currently are being produced outside the US.

So, it takes a little longer for our hoodies to get to the states. They told me the hoodie was stuck in customs during the time tariffs were having things coming into the United states take longer to enter as customers were being overloaded as things were changing real time and they didn’t know what was happening We were forced to deal with that situation and I’m hoping it doesn’t repeat anytime soon, but in case of an issue like this happening again we will be working with you directly via email to keep you updated on any issues that arise.
